The postage costs to the United Kingdom are determined by weight. We offer three services:
- Standard Shipping: This service is for candles and wax melts (non-liquids) and is fulfilled directly from our studio to the UK. Delivery typically takes 7-10 business days. We utilize Correos for this service. Once the parcel reaches the UK, the final leg of the journey is handled by Royal Mail or Parcel Force.
- DHL Shipping: If your order includes reed diffusers, home and linen sprays, electric diffuser oils, or soap/lotions, these items MUST be shipped via DHL. We've established a partnership with DHL to ensure these products clear UK customs seamlessly. Delivery is usually 4-7 business days.
- DHL Express: Items of any kind can be shipped with DHL Express. Delivery is usually within 48 hours after dispatch.
