If the damage isn't clearly visible in the photographs, we will arrange to collect the item from you. Once we have received and examined the item, if we confirm a fault, we will issue a replacement item.
Please note that we do not offer refunds on wholesale orders. Due to the handmade nature of our products, there may be slight variations in scent and colouration, which we hope you will appreciate as part of their unique charm.
