While FOX & WOLF is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once they have been delivered to your location, and for incorrect shipping information provided at checkout, we still want to support you in any way we can.
If your products arrive damaged, please let us know within 24 hours by clicking the chat button (which can be found on our website). We’re sorry for any inconvenience this may cause and are committed to resolving it quickly. Provide us with photos and any other relevant documentation of the damages.
Depending on our findings, we will either:
1. Issue a refund to your original payment method, or
2. Address any disputes based on our evaluation.
Please note that we can only refund the purchase price of the products and not the postage costs.
